My Career Rhythms was founded in 2012 by Sheonaigh (She) Rennie, an industry-leading organisational development specialist with a wealth of experience in people development in Higher Education. She is an expert in inspiring people, facilitating change and developing teams - infusing positivity into every session and interaction. She uses a variety of scientifically-proven tools, positive psychology and coaching techniques to deliver clear results for every client.
Sheonaigh works with a passionate team of individuals to deliver coaching and facilitate development programs across Australia and New Zealand.
